SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

We aim to process your order promptly and ensure its safe delivery. We ship all orders to a United States physical address (NO PO BOX) via UPS, UPS/SurePost, DHL, FedEX or UPS.

ARRIVAL TIME FROM THE DATE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED* COST

Standard (3-5 business days) $8.95
Express (1-2 business days) (Order must be placed by Noon PT. No weekend or holiday deliveries.) $39.95

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We ship all orders to an address outside of the United States via UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS, DHL Express. We ship to over 60 countries. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and select U.S. Territories. If you have any questions about your order contact us.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME AND FEES

All orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited. Shipping times vary based on destination.

Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico 3 – 6 business days $40 USD
Europe 4 – 6 business days $50 USD
Middle East, Asia Pacific 4 – 7 business days $50 USD
Australia, New Zealand 4 – 7 business days $70 USD

RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

To return eligible items, you must request a return within 14 days of purchase or original shipment date. Altered or special order items and your cost of shipping are non-returnable and non-refundable.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN ONLINE

Go to your My Account page and click the order number that contains the item(s) you would like to return.

In your selected Order Summary, click Return next to all items you would like to return.

Fill out and submit the requested return information, and a confirmation screen with your RMA number will appear.

 You will also receive a confirmation email with a summary of your return request, shipping instructions and a shipping label you may print and $14.95 will be deducted when your item is processed. Once you receive your confirmation email, please follow the instructions provided in the email to complete your return.

Delivery Signature Confirmation

In order to help ensure the safe delivery of your order, the carrier will require a signature upon delivery for all orders over $1000.
